Counselling
Have you ever wanted the freedom to talk confidentially? Sometimes it is good to be able to talk to someone about something that is affecting your life, are you feeling stressed but not quite sure why, feeling unable to cope or being aware that you are not living life to your full potential.
I offer a one-to-one, non-judgemental, respectful and confidential environment where you have the freedom to talk about anything. You can safely explore thoughts and feelings around any areas of difficulty in your life. Counselling offers the opportunity to change; to be with another human being who listens to you and how you feel; to say things that you cannot say to family or friends; to be in a safe place to talk around things you may feel frightened or ashamed about. I will respect you, your choices and your values.
I offer an assessment session of one hour at which we can get to know each other and decide if we feel comfortable working together. During the assessment we can discuss:

What you would like to get out of the sessions;
how we might work together;
the time and frequency of your sessions; and,
the fees, to be paid in cash or by cheque

All sessions will last approximately 1 hour.
