Hypnotherapy uses a relaxing technique which helps your subconscious mind to achieve your full potential by harnessing your feelings and how you react in any given situation painlessly and in a relaxing environment. Hypnotherapy leaves you totally in control during the session. It is not sleep, it is a deep form of relaxation and it is by gentle and positive suggestion that any change can be used to your advantage. Kathryn also uses NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) which was created in the 1970's by Richard Bandler and John Grinder. NLP uses a number of procedures that can be used to create a positive change in a person's behaviour.

    Smoking sessions last between one and two hours all other sessions usually last one hour. All fees to be paid in cash or cheque.
